The Leadership Board met after Worship last Sunday, listened to the report from the Interim Committee and unanimously voted to call Rev. Suggs as our full time,  Senior Interim Minister.  He will begin
November 27.

Shelly and Dale Suggs

Dale was raised in a strong Disciples of Christ family, “with a deep respect for the church and a high commitment to its ministry.”  His education includes graduation from Texas Christian University and Brite Divinity School.  He has other specialized training in leadership development, ecumenical studies, spiritual development, Stephen Ministry.  Dale has served two large congregations with multiple staff.  He brings gifts of strong preaching, pastoral attention to his people, planning and administrative skills, leading the church in processes of discernment.  Currently, he is serving as Spiritual Counselor for San Diego Hospice and the Institute of Palliative Medicine

Dale and his wife Shelly have been married for 28 years and have four daughters.  His interest include music, art history, gardening, and TCU football
