A Breath of Self Care: Remembering Ourselves as Beloved

Spiritual Renewal Day 2017

September 2017 A Gathering of Women

This year we will be taking a much-needed afternoon to practice self-care. We will renew and restore our spirits together at Spiritual Renewal Day. The reimagining of our annual Spiritual Growth Retreat. We are excited to gather together for a morning and afternoon of time together, time to center ourselves and time to cultivate compassion for ourselves, so that we may share that with others.

We welcome you with open arms to this event. This will be a day with storytelling, meditative practices and learning about how to cultivate a compassion in our daily lives, and how this in turn helps us to develop and share compassion towards and for others. Jesus, our teacher, not only practiced radical compassion, he lived and lead his life this way. We are called to be compassion embodied for this fragmented world. Come and be a part of something new and so very needed.

We will be lead by the Beloved ministry from San Diego in the Compassion Practice.

Lunch included in the registration.
