Q: What are the worship times?
A: Sunday at 10:00 a.m. There are also additional services during worship seasons, such as Advent/Christmas, Lent, Holy Week, etc.

Q: What is the style of worship?
A: Worship is eclectic with a blend of contemporary and traditional music, lay participation, and a sermon. The service has communion – trays or chalices are passed to the congregation.

Q: Is there childcare available?
A: Yes! At every worship service. The Nursery is located conveniently just off the main parking lot. Parents are asked to leave their cell phone number should your child need you while you are in the service.

Q: What should I wear?
A: The focus is NOT on what you wear, and it varies from casual to dressy. We would ask that you be respectful of the sacred space in which we worship.

Q: What denomination are you?
A: First Christian Church is a part of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). Discover the Disciples here – www.disciples.org. It is a cooperative relationship that allows our mission dollars to be used effectively while still maintaining complete independence as a local church. We choose our own pastor, own our own buildings and assets, and determine our own programs. Within the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) we are an Open and Affirming Congregation, welcoming everyone into our life and ministry.
